At Glow & Grow, your hair health and satisfaction are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we’ve designed a fair and transparent return process to help you shop with confidence.
1. Our 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the moment you receive your package. If you wish to request a return, please ensure it is done within this timeframe.
To Qualify a Successful Return:
- Condition: The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original state.
- Hygiene Seal: For safety and hygiene reasons, products with a broken seal or opened cap cannot be accepted for return.
- Packaging: All original packaging must be intact.
- Proof: You must provide a valid order confirmation or receipt.

What to include in your message:
- Your Order Number (e.g., #GG1234)
- A brief explanation for the return.
- Clear photos/videos of the product (especially if it arrived damaged).
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. If You Receive Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take great care in packaging, but if an error occurs, we are here to fix it immediately. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you find:
- Physical damage to the product.
- A defective or leaking bottle.
- The wrong item was delivered.
Our Resolution: Once we verify the issue via photos/videos, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, covering all shipping costs ourselves.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain strict quality and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Items showing any signs of use or opening.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
5. Shipping & Delivery Fees:
- Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong or damaged product, Glow & Grow pays for the return shipping.
- Personal Choice: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item by mistake, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charges.
6. Hassle-Free Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
- Payment Methods: We can refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
7. Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can simply place a new, separate order for the correct product.
8. International Orders:
While our primary operations are based in Pakistan, we may accept international orders upon special request.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that all international shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Policy Variation: Return and refund eligibility for international orders may differ based on location and customs regulations. Please contact us for specific details before ordering from abroad.
